Edith Maryon AG is a company of the Edith Maryon Foundation. The foundation and its subsidiaries permanently remove land and properties from the speculative market and thus promote social and innovative living and working spaces. Edith Maryon AG manages over 50 own properties in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and neighbouring countries, in addition to third-party mandates. Social objectives shape the management and development of our projects as much as economic efficiency.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a

Property Manager (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %

The tasks

• Active management of properties and tenant files
• Ensuring property maintenance
• Preparation of contracts, correspondence and budgets
• Various administrative tasks
• Supervision of caretakers
• Support with renovation projects

The requirements

• Federal diploma in property management (or in training) desired
• Several years of professional experience in property management advantageous
• Confident German language skills, spoken and written
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of the software W&W ImmoTop2 advantageous
• Negotiation skills, resilience and confident appearance
• Interest in social and societal issues
