Tasks
• As a contact person for our patients, visitors, and suppliers as well as for employees, you ensure a positive first impression.
• You support our patients from admission to discharge with information and services.
• You competently process information and forward it promptly to the responsible department.
• You are responsible for general administrative tasks such as managing the cash register, distributing mail, or ordering materials.
• You assist in organizing events and leisure activities for patients.
Expectations
- You have training in the commercial sector or in hospitality, preferably as a hotel specialist.
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in healthcare or hospitality.
- Strong service-oriented action and interconnected thinking are a matter of course for you.
- You have very good MS Office skills.
- You communicate orally and in writing in German, present yourself confidently, and are a team player.
- Flexibility for weekend shifts is required.
