What you do...
- You provide support to management and various inter- and intra-company departments
- You manage invoicing and ensure the monitoring of flows (goods, transport)
- You check and enter data related to weighing operations (trading)
- You coordinate rail logistics (wagon management)
- You regularly communicate with our partners and clients (email & telephone)
- You contribute to compliance with safety and environmental standards
- You participate in continuous improvement by proposing enhancements
- You provide versatile support for daily administrative tasks
What you bring...
- A technical or commercial education, complemented by solid experience
- Good command of IT tools (knowledge of an ERP is an advantage)
- The ability to stay focused, even during intense moments
- An excellent sense of interpersonal skills and service
- Good knowledge of French (German is a real asset)
- An understanding of the economic challenges of a company
- An organised, reliable and motivated personality
- Flexibility and a genuine desire to get involved
