The SVGW is the national professional organisation for water, gas and heat supply in Switzerland and contributes with its guidelines, vocational training, the performance of state-relieving supervisory tasks, consulting services as well as the certification of products, companies and individuals to the safe and sustainable supply of drinking water, gas and heat.

To strengthen our Certification team at our headquarters in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and implementation-strong personality as

Certification Specialist

Your challenge

• Safety-technical and hygienic inspection of water-related products
• Certification of products based on test reports
• Independent order processing from quotation to invoicing
• Information about SVGW certified products

Your competence

• Apprenticeship as a sanitary installer with federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with further training as a sanitary master HFP or building technician HF (focus on sanitary)
• Experience in standards
• Ideally experience in the field of water supply
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Strong service and cost awareness
• Openness to new ideas and specialist areas
• Precise, efficient and independent working style
• Confident in German and ideally French and English skills
