Your versatile tasks
Plan guest- and season-appropriate menus and offers at a high quality level for the restaurant, seminar and banquet area
Organise, control and further develop kitchen processes in close cross-departmental cooperation
Ensure smooth production processes as well as consistently high product and service quality
Develop creative offers including economic calculation
Purchase foodstuffs taking into account quality, costs and sustainability
Ensure professional storage and efficient inventory management
Actively work in the kitchen and prepare and present dishes professionally at all stations
Lead the approximately 20-strong kitchen and patisserie team professionally and personally together with the management team
Main responsibility for the training of apprentices: Supervision of four apprentices in the 1st to 3rd year (chef EFZ) as well as other apprentices (e.g. HoKo) during their deployment in the kitchen.
Promote and train employees
Ensure that all hygiene, quality and HACCP regulations are complied with
Your profile
Completed training as a chef EFZ with leadership experience in upscale gastronomy
Further training as a vocational trainer completed or willingness to complete it
Ideally further training (federal specialist certificate chef or hotel management school)
Leadership personality with organisational talent and sense of responsibility
Enjoyment of apprentice training and pedagogical support
Very good German and good English skills
Creativity, resilience and passion for high-quality products
Confident handling of PC and MS Office
