Your area of responsibility

• Technical leadership of the TFM team
• Interface to branch management, customers, and external partners
• Coordination of internal orders and external enquiries
• Ensuring smooth building operations and compliance with our standards
• Monitoring external services, both technically and commercially
• Support with fault enquiries of HVAC systems
• Active participation in large and small projects

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in the field of facility maintenance or training as a project manager in building services engineering
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the same function
• Service-oriented, flexible, independent and discreet personality
• Great organisational talent
• Confident German in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are required
• Confident handling of IT applications (MS Office, CRM, Abacus etc.)
• Discretion and competent appearance
