Lead Engineer .NET & SQL

Are you a technically skilled individual who enjoys customer contact, software development and professional leadership? Then we are looking for you as Lead Engineer .NET & SQL. In this role, you take responsibility for demanding software solutions and work closely with customers and internal teams.

Your tasks

• Technical leadership and further development of software solutions based on .NET and SQL databases
• Development and maintenance of backend and frontend applications 
• Recording, analysing and implementing customer requirements 
• Supporting Teams meetings and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders 
• Coordination and support of team members and project participants 
• Direct contact with customers as well as support and advice on technical issues 
• Ensuring quality, performance and stability of the applications 
• Willingness to learn and understand the business processes and professional context of health insurance

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a software engineer or lead engineer 
• Solid experience in software development with Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, C#, Blazor, JavaScript and Vue.js 
• Experience in developing and maintaining modern backend and frontend applications 
• Enjoyment of customer contact and collaboration with various stakeholders 
• Experience with AI-supported development tools such as Claude Code and AI-based code reviews 
• Strong communication and organisational skills 
• Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working 
• Openness and interest in familiarising yourself with the processes of the health insurance industry 
• Very good German skills and good English skills
