Your main tasks:
- Operating the properties and implementing customer orders
- Quotation, order, and billing management
- Project management
- Supporting the Facility Services Manager in administrative and operational processes
- Employee management (including deployment and vacation planning, time tracking, reporting)
- Monitoring and controlling quality assurance as well as optimizing workflows
- Contact person for customers
- Operational management of the various ISS services
Your profile:
- Technical basic training with further education in organization or facility management
- Professional experience in facility management / real estate management as well as leadership experience in a comparable position
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and enjoyment in using specific internal tools
- Flexible, independent, and structured working style
- High customer orientation and pronounced quality standards
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract)
