Your scope of work with the new employer

• Independent and situation-appropriate nursing and care of clients in their home environment
• Implementation of treatment and basic care according to KLV and individual care planning
• Taking over case management including coordination and ongoing review of the care process
• Advising and supporting relatives as well as supporting and mentoring trainees and HF students
