Maintenance Employee (m/f/d) - Your Entry into Industrial Maintenance
Your Contribution to Success
- Together with the maintenance technicians and the production team leader, you create structured maintenance plans and implement them independently to prevent disruptions from occurring
- You carry out important service and maintenance work during maintenance windows to ensure uninterrupted production
- You support the team with fault analyses, minor repairs and optimisation projects
- You actively participate in risk analyses and the development of emergency scenarios
- You are on call for standby and fault service when it matters (mobility must be ensured)
Are You Ready?
- Completed technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic (m/f/d), agricultural or construction machinery mechanic (m/f/d) or automotive specialist (m/f/d)
- Good understanding of systems and machines as well as interest in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Interest in further developing in maintenance, e.g. as a maintenance specialist (m/f/d)
- Independent, eager to learn and precise working style
- Team orientation and resilience, even in hectic situations
