In this key role, you will take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for our alarm centre at the Zurich location as
Head of Alarm Centre and Operations (80%-100%)
YOUR MISSION WITH US
You lead the alarm centre and the technical connections (approx. 50 people in shift work) and develop your department strategically and operationally
You ensure a stable, efficient and high-quality 24/7 operation and are responsible for compliance with all regulatory and security-relevant quality standards
You ensure the timely technical connection of new customers as well as the efficient handling of migrations, device and site changes
You specifically develop your employees and promote an open feedback, learning and responsibility culture
You derive clear goals and measures for your department from the corporate strategy and implement them effectively
You are responsible for the continuous optimisation of processes, interfaces and workflows (especially in cooperation with the Market and Customer department) and lead cross-departmental projects
You analyse key figures (KPIs) and derive targeted measures to improve performance
You actively drive the digitalisation and further development of your department (systems, work equipment, automation)
You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders and sparring partner of the management in strategic decisions in alarm management
