At the Mühlehaus in Bärau, a temporary home is being created for our residents. While new construction is underway in Konolfingen, people, care and daily life move into an extraordinary transitional building.
Not everything here is routine. And that might just appeal to you.

YOUR TASKSThink along instead of just following.
You actively shape the daily care routine. Your ideas are in demand, especially when new processes are created or existing solutions do not work.
- You accompany and care for residents individually, professionally and resource-oriented during the night.
- You create a safe and structured environment and promote the well-being of our residents.
- You perform nursing and medical tasks according to your training.
- You recognise changes in health status and initiate appropriate measures.
- You work closely with our care assistants and support our SRK, AGS EBA care assistants on site with your expertise.
You work independently within your competencies, document carefully and ensure professional care together with your team.
YOUR PROFILE
A solid foundation.
You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent recognised qualification. You are willing to work permanently at night.
A clear head and a good sense for people.
You recognise what is important, set priorities and find practical solutions even in unfamiliar situations. You meet residents, relatives and colleagues attentively, respectfully and on an equal footing.
A desire for change.
You don’t need a ready-made guide for everything. You think along, ask questions and contribute your own ideas.

You work with people who support each other, share knowledge and keep their humour even in hectic moments.
You don’t have to be able to do or know everything from day one.
During your first four weeks, we will accompany you intensively. You will get to know the team, the residents and the processes. Step by step you take on responsibility.
