Available immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Project Manager* Client (80 – 100 %)

In this central and varied role, you will be responsible for small and medium-sized construction projects of the housing cooperative. You report to the Head of the Construction Department and work closely with the Property Management Department.

Your main tasks

• Client-side management of construction projects (renovations, extensions and conversions, new builds) across all project phases
• Ensuring the structural and architectural quality of your construction projects
• Contributing to strengthening and further developing the organisation and conceptual foundations of the Construction Department (construction standards, processes, tools)
• Responsible for the construction and planning archive
• Co-responsible for the preparation of investment planning and the investment budget
• Supporting the management team with questions regarding structural maintenance

Your profile

You are a reliable, committed, and resilient individual. Conceptual and structured working comes easily to you, and you enjoy reconciling the various requirements of our residential buildings. Thanks to your cooperative nature, you work effortlessly with different contacts.

This exciting role is aimed at established construction professionals with solid technical knowledge. You have training or further education as a FH architect, construction manager, construction technician, or another equivalent qualification and ideally bring several years of experience in client-side management of construction projects. Your experience in the maintenance of residential properties rounds off your profile.
