Production Employee in Sensor Cell Manufacturing

Your Tasks

• Manufacture of sensor cells
• Operation and setup of machines in the low-pressure sensor cell manufacturing area (die bonder / wire bonder / testing and special machines)
• Assembly of various sensor cells (dispensing / mounting)
• Optical and functional inspections (visual under microscope / electrical with testing device)
• Ensuring competitive manufacturing processes regarding quality, costs and deadlines
• Participation in process and workplace design (CIP / Kaizen)

Your Profile

• Completed technical or mechanical basic training or many years of professional experience in a comparable field
• Experience in sensor technology is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and experience with precise work under the microscope
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Strong quality awareness as well as a good understanding of deadlines, costs and priorities
• Systematic thinking and structured working method
• Team-oriented personality with high social competence
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system: early shift from 06:00 to 14:30 and late shift from 14:30 to 23:00
