Would you like to develop and market products that support people in their well-being? Do you combine your knowledge of food supplements with commercial thinking and a sense of customer needs? Then help us shape the further development of our Food Supplements category.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for our food supplement range, develop it purposefully and keep an eye on sales, turnover and budget.
- You analyse the market, competition and customer needs and derive new product and growth potentials from this.
- You develop product concepts, check their profitability and manage development projects together with our in-house development until launch.
- You develop clear positioning and convincing sales arguments and implement product launches, promotions and offers with marketing and sales.
- You convey product knowledge through presentations and training and support sales in successful marketing.
- You review sales development and the impact of your measures and derive targeted optimisations.
Your profile
- Higher business education and several years of experience in product management, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Sound knowledge and experience in the field of food supplements and health; knowledge of marketing legislation in the food industry is an advantage.
- Analytical and commercial thinking with a strong customer and sales focus
- Independent, structured and proactive working style as well as communication skills and experience in project management
- Confident German and English as well as advanced IT and AI knowledge. French, Italian and knowledge of relevant marketing legislation are an advantage.
