Your tasks
- Professional greeting of all internal and external customers, suppliers, and visitors
- Management of visitor/user access (office, parking spaces, vending machines) and tracking
- Answering incoming inquiries and forwarding and/or supporting the applicant accordingly
- Support in managing courier services and handling incoming and outgoing packages and (postal) shipments
- Responsibility for the entire office supplies ordering system
- Ongoing review and updating of the reception manual
- Support in organizing and conducting smaller events
- Care and reporting of emergencies and co-responsibility during evacuations
- Various administrative tasks and support of the Workspace Manager
Your profile
- Completed basic training in the commercial or hospitality sector
- Professional experience in a similar field
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Certified first aid course
- Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a very high service orientation
- Thoughtful, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with high initiative
- Team player with a very friendly and helpful manner
