What to expect

You are ready to take over your own comprehensive client portfolio and to maintain and expand it with heart and competence. To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a colleague.

• You enjoy supporting and advising your clients on financing, pension, and investment matters.
• You accompany them in financing their properties (single-family homes, condominium ownership, and multi-family houses) and offer them standardised and individual investment solutions. In addition, you support business customers with basic services.
• Together with specialist departments, you show your clients their long-term perspectives through pension analysis, income, and asset planning.
• Of course, we are pleased when you succeed in acquiring new clients for AKB.

What you bring

• You already apply your extensive knowledge in financing, pension, and investment areas successfully in private and business customer advisory and thus demonstrate your advisory competence.
• You have enriched your banking career with a business management qualification (e.g. financial planner, HF or FH with a focus on Banking & Finance).
• You like to take responsibility and have an affinity for digital processes and tools.
• A successful day for you means having lively exchanges with our clients, whether in the branch or elsewhere within the framework of our Work Smart options.
• You are enthusiastic about teamwork as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Ideally, you already feel at home in the Aarau region and surroundings.
