Health Specialist for Evening & Weekend Duty

Tasks

• You will take on the professional and needs-based care and support of our clients in all services.
• You will assist our clients with daily living activities and provide nursing as well as domestic services according to the care plan.
• You will advise and instruct relatives and key persons and work actively and constructively in the interprofessional team.
• You will maintain careful and comprehensible nursing documentation and contribute to securing and further developing the quality of care.
• According to the deployment plan, you will take shifts in day and late shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays, contributing to appreciative care of our clients.

Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented working style
• Resilience, flexibility and strong customer orientation
• Willingness to work in all services as well as on weekends/public holidays
• Good IT user skills and driving licence category B, car advantageous
