As part of our IT team in Bern, you will take on a key role between the Swiss locations and the central DACH IT. You understand the business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and ensure successful implementation together with the specialist departments and IT. Your tasks
Support, optimisation and further development of the IT infrastructure in the areas of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, servers, network, virtualisation, cloud and IT security
Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd-level support as well as close cooperation with internal and external contacts
Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects such as network, server, cloud and data centre migrations
Taking on technical tasks in projects, from configurations and migrations to fault analyses and conversions
Support in compliance with IT security and compliance requirements as well as active participation in the further development of the IT landscape
Function as a central interface between the Swiss specialist departments and the DACH IT, advice on IT-relevant topics and support for digitalisation initiatives
Your profile
Completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics, IT EFZ or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT support, IT infrastructure or in the management or implementation of IT infrastructure projects
Sound knowledge of classic and modern infrastructure topics, especially Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, networks, servers, virtualisation, Azure/cloud technologies and IT security
Team player with strong communication and organisational skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working method with a pronounced hands-on mentality
High initiative and independent implementation of projects
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
