About the job

We are a nursing home committed to dementia care as well as palliative care in primary care for 84 people aged 18 and over. The care concept is based on relationship-centred care in the maieutic sense.

We are looking for an Assistant in Health and Social Care or SRK Nursing Assistant, 80%-100% workload

Your tasks
• Professional nursing and loving care of our residents
• Support of nursing professionals in everyday life and ensuring seamless information transfer
• Responsible documentation of all relevant nursing and care processes

Your profile
• Open-minded, committed personality with an independent working style
• Experience in long-term care, ideally in dealing with people with dementia
• Knowledge of palliative care and the RAI/RUG system is an advantage or willingness to learn is present
• Solid PC skills
• Very good oral and written German skills (at least B2) as well as understanding of the Swiss German language
