Presentation
The Department of Immunobiology is looking for a Specialized Financial File Manager. Within a small team, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring the department's financial resources.

Contract duration: 1-year fixed-term contract, renewable with possibility of permanent contract

Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Manage and monitor the department's accounting and budgetary operations (operating budget, projects, and research funds)
- Support researchers in the administrative and financial management of their funds
- Control postings and accounting entries in SAP
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement requests in accordance with internal procedures
- Contribute to the smooth running of the department's various operational and administrative activities.
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent experience, you master French and English. Structured and responsive, you work comfortably both in a team and autonomously, while maintaining an excellent sense of teamwork. Proficiency in Excel and the Office 365 environment is essential; knowledge of SAP is an asset.
