Your role

When planning becomes reality on the construction site, you are in your element. As a project / construction manager, you are the central contact person: you coordinate all processes, consistently keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality, and work closely with clients, architects and specialist planners. At Fanzun, you work in an interdisciplinary team, accompany projects from tendering to warranty acceptance, and create buildings that remain visible.

Your tasks

• Coordination of all workflows on the construction site – from start of construction to warranty acceptance
• Management and organisation of construction execution
• Close collaboration with clients, architects and specialist planners to ensure smooth project processing
• Responsibility for compliance with deadline, quality and cost requirements including ongoing controlling
• Participation in tendering processes as well as preparation and development of tender documents

Your profile

• Qualified architect, technician or construction manager in building construction (or equivalent training) with sound expertise in building construction and site management
• Several years of practical experience in the successful implementation and management of construction projects
• Strong cost and quality awareness, high team orientation and strong communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and Messerli Bauad
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
