Member Advisor 60-100%

Your responsibilities

As a member advisor, you have a versatile role within the Telephone Competence Centre. You are responsible for advising members on administrative issues and on labour and social insurance law questions. You also answer simpler legal questions. You mainly support our members by phone and at the counter. You are the first point of contact for our members. You conduct promotional conversations and assist our members in filling out official forms.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training at EFZ/EBA level or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a similar role or call centre
• Experience in social insurance law is an advantage
• Resilience and ability to learn, planning and organisational talent
• You hold yourself to a high standard of quality in your work
• Very strong service orientation
• You remain calm when dealing with customers even in difficult situations
• Very good spoken and written German and Italian skills
• Additional language skills are an advantage
