Your Tasks
- You apply your expertise and experience competently and respectfully in basic care
- You perceive and fulfil the individual needs of the residents as best as possible and with appreciation
- You support the self-determination and independence of the residents
- You adhere to hygiene guidelines and also undertake domestic tasks
- You carry out care documentation thoroughly and independently
Your Profile
- Completed course as SRK Nursing Assistant
- Several years of professional experience advantageous
- A natural attentiveness to our residents and their needs, even in demanding situations
- Your inherent awareness of being part of a team where mutual support, respect and cooperation are paramount
- Your warmth, combined with a touch of humour, rounded off with a sense of responsibility and open communication skills
- Good oral and written German skills
