• Conduct case-related investigations, review and summarise expert opinions and external reports
• Prepare orders and applications for courts and public prosecutors
• Participate in and take minutes at location meetings with clients
• Manage penal enforcement cases under guidance and supervision (prepare enforcement plans)
• Support the team leader in legal and administrative matters

What you bring:

• Completed law degree (MLaw or lic. iur.)
• Interest in administrative law, criminal law, criminological issues and interdisciplinary work
• Confidence in written and oral expression
• Understanding and tolerance in dealing with people in difficult life situations and of diverse backgrounds
• Committed, independent working style and high resilience

Your working environment

The Office for the Enforcement of Sentences unites the institutions and services primarily concerned with penal and measure enforcement, thereby contributing to societal security.

This also includes the Enforcement Services and Probation section, where court-ordered custodial sentences and criminal measures are enforced. The staff take into account the specific offences, risk potential and developmental needs of the clientele, keeping the key goals of reducing recidivism and social integration in view.
