• You lead the facility management team professionally and personally
• You create duty rosters, lead team meetings, and ensure the daily organization of the facility management team
• You ensure a well-maintained and functional appearance of the building
• You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, building technology, and outdoor work, which you carry out with your team
• You coordinate collaboration with external service providers in your area
• You are responsible for hygiene regulations, act as safety officer, and are the fire protection officer in our house
• You budget your expenses and manage the ongoing costs in your area

• You have completed basic training as a facility management specialist EFZ; additional training as a team leader is an advantage. We are looking for a hands-on personality and a team player with experience in similar roles
• Several years of professional experience in facility management or a similar function, preferably in healthcare or hotel operations
• You have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external service providers
• You have a good sense for elderly people and present a friendly and service-oriented demeanor
• Your motivation is noticeable in the operation, and you are a daily role model for your employees
• You have very good oral and written German skills and also enjoy creating concepts and workflows
