What awaits you Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by phone or at reception when they visit the agency Support for insurance advisers (pension and wealth management) in scheduling appointments, preparing advice, and following up on client files, as well as monitoring technical processes Drafting insurance offers and proposals Ongoing support to the agency's advisory teams for all technical and administrative questions Frequent exchanges with various departments of AXA's regional headquarters for all administrative matters General correspondence and administrative tasks of the agency related to internal service Support to the General Agent for recruitment needs (sorting application files, coordinating appointments, and conducting job interviews) What you bring You have completed commercial training and ideally hold the AFA Life certification; a certification in human resource management is an asset You have solid experience in technical and administrative fields. Initial experience in conducting recruitment interviews is a plus Besides administrative activities, you have a genuine interest in sales and advice You have good knowledge of the pension insurance sector You have a positive, flexible, and service-oriented temperament, with strong interpersonal skills.
