To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and independent person for both locations: Vitznau + Hertenstein.

As a Nursing Expert APN (a), you play a crucial role in providing high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will:

• Lead the development and supervision of effective care with a strong focus on neurorehabilitation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct proactive assessments and collaborate with nursing teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement evidence-based practices.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and communicative team culture.
• Offer training and coaching for nursing staff, consolidating best practices and promoting continuous professional development.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, and researchers to improve patient outcomes and care processes.

We are looking for a resilient, communicative, and proactive nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• A completed nursing qualification (HF, FH, DNII, AKP) and a bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent education.
• Expertise in respiratory care and/or intensive care, combined with professional experience in neurorehabilitation.
• Solid knowledge of quality standards in nursing and nursing methods, as well as experience in team leadership and coaching.
• A positive attitude, a high degree of patient orientation, organizational skills, and intercultural competence.
• Knowledge of German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
