Sales is your passion and you really want to make a difference? Then you are exactly right with us – as a Medical Device Consultant (m/f/d) in Field Sales in Switzerland
In this role, you will independently support customers throughout Switzerland in field sales and flexibly from the home office. - You strategically expand your customer base through sustainable relationships with nursing staff, doctors, and opinion leaders (m/f/d) and specifically acquire new customers.
- You are close to the customer – during visits to hospitals and private practices (m/f/d), hands-on training, product training, and technical briefings – and directly accompany endoscopic procedures with our products.
- At congresses, trade fairs, and training sessions, you are the face of Ovesco and convince with expertise and passion.
You bring with you:
- A passion for medical contexts combined with a strong commercial mindset, whether through studies, training, or practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in field sales – you know how the market works and have already proven it
- Very good German skills, good English and good French
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
- Entrepreneurial thinking, persuasiveness, and the ability to organise yourself well
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
We offer:
- Challenging and varied work in an international environment
- Long-term development opportunities
- Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies
- Responsible and exciting tasks in a highly motivated team
- Pleasant working atmosphere
- Flexible working hours
- Team events
