Technical Spare Parts Clerk 100% (m/f)

What you can achieve with us

• Procurement of the assigned range and additional assortments
• Active customer contact via e-mail and telephone
• Ensuring efficient administration
• Internal and external quotation management
• Assistance in organising sales-promoting measures throughout Switzerland (customer service)
• Close cooperation with the internal/external sales department, regional centres, dispatch, and workshop
• Collaboration with our suppliers at home and abroad
• Optimal availability and stock management within budget

What you bring to your role

• Technical basic training with commercial further education or commercial basic training with technical further education
• Industry knowledge (construction machinery) is an advantage
• Enjoyment of technology
• Experience in service consulting and spare parts sales is an advantage
• Flexible, conscientious, and service-oriented "doer personality" open to new things
• High degree of independence and organisational talent
• Good oral and written communication in German, French, and English is an advantage
• Affinity for working with a modern ERP system is an advantage
