Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
You are an experienced, skilled, and IT-savvy professional in HR administration and have experience in the SAP / SuccessFactors environment. In this versatile and exciting role, the following tasks await you:
- Ensuring smooth handling of administrative processes throughout the entire HR life cycle
- Ensuring data maintenance and system management using SAP-HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
- Managing inquiry handling for employees on all administrative topics
- Supporting projects to optimize HR services and processes
- Documenting and continuously optimizing HR administration processes in close collaboration with the HR team

For this position, we are looking for you as a team player with a reliable, proactive, and efficient working style. A structured way of thinking and working with a hands-on mentality is a matter of course for you.
You bring the following:
- Commercial basic training as well as further education in personnel management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a comparable HR function
- In-depth system knowledge in SAP-HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and very good MS Office skills
- Deep understanding of digital workflows and their dependencies
- Curiosity and high IT affinity combined with the willingness to identify and implement optimization potential
- High service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
- German language skills at native level and good English skills, French skills are an advantage
