For the implementation of open youth work in the municipalities of Erlinsbach AG and Erlinsbach SO, two neighboring municipalities with 8,200 residents, we are looking for a self-reliant and motivated

Social Worker in the Field of Youth Work (40%) in Erlinsbach AG/SO starting November 1 or by agreement.

Your main responsibilities

• Planning and realization of youth work offerings in Erlinsbach (especially Wednesday afternoons and Friday evenings)
• Active relationship work with young people
• Design and implementation of various programs and projects
• Ensuring networking, public relations, and communication with all stakeholders
• Networking within and outside the city administration and the municipalities of Erlinsbach AG/SO
• Administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as a social worker FH or sociocultural animator
• Ability to engage with young people and young adults aged 12 to 18
• Enjoyment in relationship work with young people in a low-threshold work environment
• Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings and occasionally on weekends)
• Ability to plan and act independently, responsibly, and impact-oriented
• Open, team-oriented, and motivated personality
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Application knowledge of Microsoft 365/Outlook, etc.
• Driver's license is an advantage
