Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

• In your role as a nurse, you joyfully and committedly accompany our apprentices and students through their training day
• You plan, design and reflect on learning situations directly in practice
• You convey your expertise clearly and practically
• You promote professional thinking, independence and personal responsibility
• You provide appreciative and clear feedback and recognise development potential
• You are a reliable contact person and create an atmosphere where questions are explicitly welcome

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Patience, communication skills and a good sense for different learning needs
• Sense of responsibility, independence and a reliable way of working
• You can motivate and support people while providing clear guidance
• Interest in modern learning methods and enjoyment in actively shaping the training
• Ideally experience as a vocational trainer or willingness to take on this role
