Your tasks
- Co-management of the nursing team
- Dual management of the treatment team

- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists and external interfaces

- Key nursing contact person in the core team
Your profile
- Degree in social pedagogy or completed nursing training (HF, FH, PsyKP)
- At least two years of professional experience in psychiatry desired
- Leadership experience desired
- Project experience desired
- Very good organisational and communication skills
- High social competence, dynamic, resilient and proactive
