To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a:
Key Account Manager Export (80 - 100 %)
You know the international food trade and want not only to manage markets but actively develop them? In this versatile role, you will be responsible for our international key accounts in around 20 countries, build new trade partnerships, and bring our high-quality cheese range to further markets.
This is how you advance our cheese world:
- Develop customers and markets: You manage our existing international customers, specifically develop the collaboration further, and build new markets and trade partnerships.
- Coordinate export processes: You oversee export handling, coordinate transports, and ensure compliance with customs and export regulations together with internal specialist departments.
- Shape the export assortment: Together with marketing, export internal sales, and operations, you develop a market-appropriate assortment that suits our customers and the respective countries.
- Keep an eye on results: You monitor sales, volume, and profitability of your markets, derive appropriate measures, and regularly report on developments.
- Progress together: As a reliable interface, you work closely with purchasing, sales, marketing, export internal sales, logistics, and operations.

- Several years of experience in international sales in the food industry
- Enjoy building long-term customer relationships and developing new markets
- Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and a good sense for different markets and cultures
- An independent, structured, and implementation-oriented working style
- A confident and likeable manner as well as enjoyment in collaborating with various internal and external partners
- Enthusiasm for Swiss cheese and high-quality food products
- Good English and French skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel about 20–30%, mainly within Europe
