Do you enjoy leading, thinking ahead, and sometimes questioning "we've always done it this way"? Then you are right with us!

You will lead the Resident Services Department with 11 employees and develop it together with the department management – modern, efficient, and close to the needs of the population.

These are your tasks

• You lead, promote, and develop your team
• You optimise processes and bring in fresh ideas
• You ensure smooth operation in the various specialist areas
• You contribute your expertise in the daily business of resident registration as well as in citizenship and funeral services
• You lead projects and actively shape the further development of the department

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with a Federal VET Diploma and initial leadership experience
• Sound expertise in resident registration law, ideally also in citizenship and funeral services
• Initiative, decisiveness, and courage for new solutions
• Enjoyment in leading people and a strong service orientation
• Organisational talent, IT affinity, and confident communication
