Your tasks:

• Operational management of the civil engineering and landscaping department
• Active management of construction sites (both operationally and organisationally)
• Responsibility for offer calculations, order acquisition as well as customer and project support.
• Leadership, motivation and deployment planning of employees
• Resource deployment planning
• Responsible for compliance with safety standards
• Monitoring costs, deadlines and quality
• Controlling and economic management of projects

You bring with you:

• Training as a construction manager or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in civil engineering and/or landscaping
• Experience in calculation
• Analytical and communication skills
• Networked thinking and independent working
• Confident appearance towards our customers
