Are you motivated by the idea of leading an experienced team and actively further developing the support of our company-owned foundations and pension funds? Would you like to contribute your knowledge in occupational pensions and, together with your team, create sustainable solutions for our clients? The "Benefits Reinsurance" team already exists and is being reorganised. You will further develop collaboration, processes, and support together with an experienced team and ensure reliable service delivery through a forward-looking and cooperative working style.

As Head of Benefits Reinsurance, you will strengthen the Claims business area in Life Benefits at Zurich Switzerland. You will lead the "Benefits Reinsurance" team within the Collective Life Disability & Reinsurance division, making an important contribution to our professional support of foundations and pension funds. Your focus will be on the technical processing and support in the area of reinsurance. You will be responsible for the further development of processes and working methods related to reinsurance, identify challenges early, and ensure clear responsibilities and customer-oriented service delivery together with your team. In doing so, you will promote a cooperative collaboration with management, clients, and develop solutions that are technically sound and effective in everyday practice.

• You lead the "Benefits Reinsurance" team and further develop collaboration, responsibilities, and workflows.
• You ensure professional and reliable support of company-owned foundations and pension funds.
• You identify challenges early, manage their resolution, and develop pragmatic solutions.
• You question existing processes and work structures and implement improvements together with relevant interfaces.
• You maintain a trusting collaboration with management, clients, and internal partners.

What distinguishes you

• Experience in occupational pensions and a solid understanding of the BVG environment.
• Experience in a leadership role or willingness to take on leadership responsibility.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and forward-looking working style.
• Very good German skills; knowledge of another national language is an advantage.
