Job Description

• Professional and independent care and support of patients in the acute sector

• Ensuring holistic and patient-oriented care

• Implementation and monitoring of nursing and medical measures

• Responsible execution of the nursing process

• Administration and control of medications and therapies

• Proper nursing documentation

• Close collaboration with doctors, nursing specialists, and other departments

• Ensuring a high quality of care and support

• Support and guidance of trainees and students, if applicable

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF or FH

• Professional experience in acute care is an advantage

• Sense of responsibility and independent working style

• High social competence and enjoyment in working with patients

• Flexibility and willingness for different shifts

• Resilience and strong team spirit

• Good PC and IT user skills

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
