Job Description

What does your workday look like …

• You ensure not only satisfied but enthusiastic guests at the reception 
• You stay calm – even when all guests arrive for check-in at the same time and you are also happy to help at our Zurich West hotel
• You prepare the shift and finish it with a tidy Front Office

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your resume …

• You speak fluent German and English
• You can inspire your colleagues as much as your guests 
• Additionally, you know your way around the city and always have insider tips up your sleeve
• You bring not only your skills (first Opera experience) but also your character
• You attend a hotel management school with recognized courses according to the Swiss Vocational Education and Training Act
