- Handling demanding claims cases in all liability sectors (motor vehicle, professional and private liability) with a focus on personal injuries
- Clarifying legal questions of various kinds
- Conducting negotiations with injured parties, their lawyers and involved private and social insurers
- Instructing and supporting external lawyers in litigation cases
- Participating in projects and conducting internal training sessions
- Providing professional support to our decentralised claims services
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Mandatory degree in law from a Swiss university with several years of professional experience, preferably with a lawyer's licence
- Practical experience in legal practice, judiciary or private sector
- Experience in liability and social insurance law
- Interest in handling complex personal injury cases
- Fluent written and spoken German, preferably with an additional national language
- Confident manner, negotiation skills and assertiveness
