• Creation and editing of transport-related documents for national and international shipments
• Recording and monitoring of transport orders in the Transport Management System (TMS)
• Communication and coordination with service providers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Deadline monitoring for time-critical transports

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Professional experience in the field of forwarding and/or customs is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
