Digital Solution Engineer (m/f/d) 70 - 100%
This is what you will do:
You are responsible for the conception and implementation of digital solutions. The needs of customers and internal stakeholders as well as our technical framework conditions are at the center. You act as a link between the parties involved and ensure smooth coordination and efficient achievement of goals. Thematically, you work on challenging innovation and optimization projects and take responsibility for applications in operation.
This is what you bring:
- With your communicative as well as solution-oriented and pragmatic personality, you skillfully mediate between different stakeholders and inspire them for digital topics and solutions.
- With the help of your skills in business analysis, you gather the relevant requirements and, thanks to your knowledge in IT architecture, transform them into technical solution designs.
- Together with the specialist departments and suppliers, you implement the solutions and ensure structured, efficient, and successful goal achievement with your project management skills.
- You perform your tasks very independently and bring a high level of commitment.
- You know the relevant concepts and methods such as Lean Start-up, agile project methodology, and TOGAF to drive and structure changes.
- You have a great interest in IT technologies, data models, data integration, and cloud platforms.
- Ideally, you have at least five years of experience at the interface between business and IT and have independently led implementation projects.
