From apprentices to executives. In other words: you are needed.

And you right in the middle

• You accompany our employees throughout the entire HR life cycle, from entry to exit.
• You coordinate our vocational training, relieving the education team and providing structured support and promotion for our apprentices.
• You collect changes for our payroll accounting to ensure our employees are paid on time and correctly.
• You support the recruitment of new employees, from job posting, through the introductory interview, to onboarding.
• You contribute to HR marketing and HR projects, helping us to further develop as an employer.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training, experience in HR or supplemented by HR further education.
• Experience in vocational training and recruitment.

• Strong communication skills: You find the right tone for different stakeholders.
• Organizational talent: you take initiative and reliably bring topics, projects, and events to completion.
