About the job

Take responsibility for exciting building construction projects within the coora team – from the building permit to the careful handover of the construction. We are looking for reinforcement in construction management immediately or by arrangement.

You will lead projects within the team through all phases, control costs, deadlines and quality, and implement the requirements according to standards and applicable regulations in a targeted manner. During execution, you coordinate contractors and specialist planners, lead construction meetings and ensure structured construction administration.

You negotiate confidently and solution-oriented, recognise risks early and keep an overview even with complex projects. You can expect varied projects with architectural demands, short decision-making paths and a well-coordinated team.
