OK Job Lausanne is looking for qualified or experienced nursing assistants, motivated, for several partner institutions (nursing homes, clinics, hospitals and home care) in the canton of Vaud, for temporary assignments, fixed-term contracts or permanent positions.
NURSING ASSISTANT M/F
- Nursing assistant certificate (CFC ASSC, Red Cross or equivalent recognised in Switzerland)
- Experience preferred (beginners welcome depending on the positions)
- Organisational skills, patience and team spirit
- Good stress management and genuine empathy towards the people cared for
- Fluent French; German or English is an asset

- Assist patients/residents with daily living activities (washing, dressing, meals, mobility)
- Participate in hygiene and comfort care under the supervision of the nursing team
- Observe and report any changes in patients’ health status
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, doctors, physiotherapists)
- Contribute to the physical and moral well-being of patients/residents
