To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as a breakfast cook / breakfast chef (40%).

Vergani, a 134-year-old family business, is one of the leading Swiss wine merchants with a portfolio mainly of Italian, Spanish and Swiss wines. Your Mission

• Sunday Brunch & Breakfast
  You passionately prepare our new Sunday brunch offer.
• Co-creation & Creativity
  You contribute ideas and actively participate in the further development of our brunch offer.
• Inventory Management
  You check deliveries & product quality and ensure optimal stock management.
• Hygiene & Quality
  You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP.
• Teamwork
  You work closely with the team and contribute to a smooth operation in the kitchen.

Your Profile

• Training & Experience
  You have completed training as a cook EBA or a comparable qualification and ideally have experience in the breakfast or brunch sector.
• Independence
  You work independently, are organised and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• Quality Awareness
  Cleanliness, care and a high standard of quality are a matter of course for you.
• Team Spirit
  You appreciate teamwork and actively support your colleagues.
• Language
  You have good German skills and can communicate confidently in everyday work.
