We are looking for a committed and experienced individual as Head of Greenkeeping (m/f/d). In this key position, you will take overall responsibility for the maintenance, quality and further development of our golf course and lead a dedicated greenkeeping team.


What you can achieve

• Leadership, motivation and development of the greenkeeping team
• Planning and organisation of all maintenance and upkeep work
• Ensuring excellent course quality and optimal playing conditions
• Responsibility for irrigation, fertilisation and sustainable turf management
• Care and maintenance of the machinery fleet and golf cart fleet
• Budget planning, cost control and procurement
• Planning and implementation of course improvements and investment projects
• Preparation and supervision of the golf course for tournaments and events
• Organisation and coordination of international golf tournaments
• Ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards
• Organisation of training and further education

• Several years of experience in professional greenkeeping / turf management
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing a team
• Sound knowledge of lawn care, irrigation and fertilisation
• Technical understanding and interest in machinery and equipment
• Experience in organising and coordinating international golf tournaments
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• High quality awareness and strong understanding of sustainability
• Sense of responsibility, organisational talent and team spirit
• Fluent German and good English skills
