Your tasks

Forwarding incoming calls, partly in foreign languages

Monitoring and intervening with patients not correctly checked in or out by the wards

Providing information to internal and external parties

Ensuring internal and external connections

Processing and forwarding emails

Managing the person search system

Managing and controlling the issuance of keys and badges

Monitoring and ensuring house rules in the entrance hall area

Recording all emergency patient admissions in the IT system

Monitoring and intervening in alarms

Ensuring access control outside visiting hours

Calling external services (fire department, police, on-call technicians, etc.) as needed

Calling internal on-call services

Handling the alarm center

Handling incoming and outgoing mail of the Swiss Post (patients, employees)

Ensuring correct postal franking of UAFP mail

Your profile

Completed training (EFZ) in the field of hospitality / commercial vocational training

Proficiency in national languages (D, F,) and possibly English

High service orientation
