We are looking for a

Gardener EFZ (Specialising in Ornamental Plants or Perennials) with Agogic Knowledge

from 01.01.2027 (or by arrangement)
Employment level: 60-70%

Your Area of Responsibility

• Training of apprentices (gardening)
• Production of bedding and balcony plants, herbs and perennials, cut flowers
• Overwintering of container plants
• Assistance with herb processing
• Assistance with weekend duties

Requirements for the Position Holder:

• Completed training as a gardener (ornamental plants or perennials) EFZ
• Experience in training and supervising apprentices; agogic training is an advantage
• Open personality with creative ideas
• Reliable and precise working method
• Independent working, flexibility and personal resilience
• Several years of professional experience
• Trainer course
• Driving licence category B must be held
